These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Moodstreak mobile application and any related services (collectively, the “App”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the App

Moodstreak is provided for personal, non‑commercial use to help you track your moods and reflect on your experiences. You agree not to misuse the App or use it in any way that is unlawful or harmful.

2. No medical or crisis advice

Moodstreak is not a medical device and does not provide professional mental health, medical, or crisis services. Information and AI‑generated responses in the App are for reflection and self‑organization only and should not be treated as medical or therapeutic advice. Always seek the advice of a qualified professional for questions about your health or mental health. If you are in crisis or think you may harm yourself or others, contact emergency services or a crisis hotline immediately.

3. Accounts and security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please use a strong password and keep your device secure.

4. Subscriptions and payments

Moodstreak may offer paid subscriptions. Prices, billing periods, and trial information are shown in the App and are processed by the App Store. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in your App Store account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. We do not handle your payment information directly.

5. User content

You own the content you create in the App. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process and store your content as necessary to operate and improve the App, consistent with our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the content you submit and for ensuring it complies with applicable laws.

6. AI‑generated content

The App may use AI services to generate reflections or suggestions based on your input. AI‑generated content may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for how you use this content, and you agree not to rely on it as professional advice.

7. Intellectual property

The App, including its design, logo, and underlying code, is owned or licensed by us and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the App except as allowed by law.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the App. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted or error‑free.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and may notify you in the App or by email. Your continued use of the App after changes become effective means you accept the new Terms.
